My career began in the medical field at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center as a Nutrition Assistant. There, I discovered my passion for exercise and its profound impact on health and well-being. This passion led me to pursue a full-time career in fitness, where I’ve made it my mission to help clients achieve their health and performance goals.

Since relocating to New York City, I’ve specialized in guiding clients from physical therapy to functional fitness.
